1 Acceptance & Applicability

By accessing or using the nbajj platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services on the nbajj website and mobile platform — including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

nbajj is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Only those aged 21 or older are permitted to open an account and use the platform's services.

nbajj takes age verification very seriously. We may request documents to confirm your age in the following situations:

• When submitting a withdrawal request for the first time.
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.
• When handling transactions of a large amount.

If a person registers an account using a false age, that account will be permanently closed and any funds in it may be confiscated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on nbajj:

Payment methods: nbajj accepts transactions only through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile financial services. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nbajj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when claiming these benefits:

Welcome bonus: New members at nbajj receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a set period from the date the bonus is credited; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per account.
• nbajj reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• VIP cashback bonus: Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on nbajj:

• A bet once placed generally cannot be cancelled or changed, though exceptions may apply in specific cases in accordance with operational guidelines.
• If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, nbajj reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the wager will be refunded.
• Participation in match-fixing or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Any suspected involvement will result in immediate account suspension.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.) apply alongside nbajj's terms.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the last recorded state saved on the server will be considered final.

7 User Code of Conduct

nbajj is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, using automated bots, or using third-party software on the casino software or systems.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).
• Colluding with other users when placing bets (collusion).
